Lose weight for free

The fitness industry, raised by those "junk" food all too easily available that is also irresistible and modern life style. The deadly off spring which is now all too common - obesity.

People nowadays are spending so much money on health products: pills, "healthy" foods, fitness DVDs, gym. Well, who am I to complain? Since I'm a personal trainer myself, I should be happy with the growing fitness industry.

Yes I love the money in this industry, but in the same time I think losing weight/ getting fitter shouldn't cost you an arm and a leg. And that's why I'm going to write some tips on how to lose weight (fat), get fitter.

First up: You Are What You Eat.

There is no secrete in losing weight, the golden rule is: If you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight.

But that's not to say you should go and starve yourself silly, doing so would only do you more harm then good from losing weight (not extra fat).

A healthy approach is to make a daily food log for a week, note down everything you have consumed in that particular week - meals, drinks, snacks, etc. And afterwards study the log, pick out things that are high in calories and replace them with a healthier option (likes of high fiber foods). You should replace them one by one over time. Since a short, dramatic change in your lifestyle will only ends in vain.

Travel in style

Ever been annoyed by the person sitting beside you on the long cross continent flights? Well, be-annoyed no more.

Total personal space will be ensured with this Styrofoam human shipping carton. Add a breathing hole, "relieve" hole and an entertainment system and I on it right away.

What you can win for a quarter

With the inflation these days there isn't much you can get for a quarter or a pound, but an Australian crane machine begs to differ...

It looks like the winning price is too big to fit though the retrieving hole. And securities were called to finally bring the price home.

Joking aside, I have been busy lately and didn't have much energy to write up posts, but rest assure that I will keep those funny stories coming ^^.
